The smaller pipe slides into the bigger pipe.
When incorporating the PVC into your device, account for the outer diameters.
Tools:
To modify you can use the following tools: Bandsaw, Johnson Saw, Hacksaw, Sander, Drill, Taps, Lathe, Mill
CAUTION: Be sure
to use caution when using the bandsaw or sander to work on the PVC because round
pieces can easily be thrown into the blade/sander. Be sure to have a firm
grip on the piece.
Also, when
using the sander, go slowly so that it does not get too hot.
You should not use: Grinder, Shear, Notcher, Brake, Wire bender
